Nordpil offers freelance consultancy services in custom map design and cartography, in illustrations (charts, diagrams and other graphics) and in geographic information systems (GIS) including research and data preparation. Map design includes interactive maps (WMS, ArcIMS) and thematic maps. In addition we provide training in better visual communication and map-making.

Graphic design for European Environment Agency

EEA FLIS logo The European Environment Agency (EEA) is collecting existing information and tools on environmental scenarios and will make this information available in a database. Models, reports and data on forward-looking environmental projections will be available through the database. FLIS - Forward-Looking Information and Services - will be a component of this information system.

Nordpil was tasked with creating a coherent graphic profile for FLIS. This included logos, illustrations and templates. Among the outputs were presentation templates in Microsoft PowerPoint, icons and a brochure template in Adobe InDesign.
