UN report for COP15 - graphics and layout by Nordpil

The member states of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) are some of the main emitters of greenhouse gases, with the EU, USA and Canada among others. The report Catalysing change - the UNECE response to the climate countdown, prepared for the COP15 climate conference in December 2009 summaries the activities among the UNECE members to mitigate and act on climate change. Nordpil prepared all illustrations and layout for this report.

UNECE and climate change

UNECE coverA report for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) was recently finalized. It features layout and illustrations by Nordpil. The publication addresses climate change in Europe, Central Asia and North America, and will be presented at the upcoming COP-15 climate change meeting in Copenhagen, December 2009.

CAFF mapsNordpil has just completed a minor project for the Conservation of Arctic Flora and Fauna (CAFF).The maps will be published in early 2010, and illustrate issues related to conservation in the Arctic.

COP15 workshop - agenda revised + deadline extended

Communicating climate change - workshop to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, December 2009We are happy to announce that John Carstensen, of Society for the Environment, will contribute one session to the workshop, and the agenda has been revised to include that. There are still places left, and we have extended the registration deadline until November 20.
